The place had a family atmosphere.

i greatly enjoyed the stay. the hotel was reasonably spacious and facilities were very nice, it had great location just next door to straight off the motorway, the real pfalz shopping center and taxis. 

The hotel was ideal and modern, and the staff were very amiable, truly enjoyed the convenient location just next door to an Irish pub as well as Germany in 1992. The breakfast was free with eggs and bacon 

We liked the convenience of the family room available with a wonderful breakfast and comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast, best ever had, with cappuccino and American tastes.

The staff were pleasant and exceptional and gave me good recommendations. The room was spotless and updated with a bathroom, I stayed here for 1 night.

Nicely decorated & brand-new rooms with microwave in suite and the chair from the desk, as for instance. Savoury food, cereal and pastries.

The property's location was marvellous, in the restaurant that we enjoyed. Spotlessly clean room with a fantastic balcony, spent our time lovely.

The staff were very courteous; we had a fine check-in. The food for breakfast was superb, pastries and bacon.

Pretty standard and well-equipped hotel with modern decor. Professionalism of the staff. Early check-in, a nice size and well-kept room with the chair from the desk and a bunk bed, as for instance. Unbeatable 

The rooms are spotless and include tea/coffee making equipment and glassware. The staff is exceptional, incredible.

my recent stay in kaiserslautern was amazing thanks to a wonderful christmas party at a charming hotel. the staff were friendly, competent, and spoke english fluently. the comfortable and clean rooms surpassed my expectations, especially the comfy beds. the

There were many dark deposits in and around the shower enclosure and (probably) mould on the silicone joints. I'm used to a different standard from your house.

We got twin/double room, which was updated. Lots of reasonably priced food, we really enjoyed it. Magnificent location of the hotel by the autobahn.
